Return & Refund Policy

At Wristora, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions. Once approved, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. The exact processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a free shipping promotion, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount for returns that are not due to our error or defective products.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the matter promptly.

For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us, as refunds are sometimes credited there before appearing in your linked bank account. If you suspect any technical issues with the refund process, our customer service team will work with you and the payment processor to resolve the matter.
